1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RUUT platform and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

RUUT is a trading name of RUUT Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as an Electronic Money Institution.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom. For business accounts, your business must be incorporated or registered in the UK. We reserve the right to verify your identity and refuse service at our discretion in accordance with our regulatory obligations.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Services

RUUT provides electronic money services including business accounts, payment acceptance, business cards, international transfers, and related financial services. The specific features and fees applicable to your account are set out in your account agreement and our pricing page.

5. Fees and Charges

Our current fees and charges are set out on our pricing page. We may change our fees from time to time by giving you at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the services after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RUUT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
